Coordinate Systems and Hardware Specifications

Align specifications with user requirements to maintain policy and standards adherence.

Document Hardware Profiles, Workflows, Procedures, and Processes

Ensure business continuity through documentation of critical information.

Deploy, Monitor, Maintain, Upgrade, and Support ICT Systems

Ensure all business-critical systems, infrastructure, hardware, and software are operational and supported.

Provide Capacity Building of End Users

Educate end users on various software applications to enhance their skills.

Provide Guidance and Support for Application Users

Maintain business application systems to the highest standards through user support and guidance.

Manage and Configure Networks and Sub-networks

Ensure availability of e-services and applications through network management and configuration.

Manage ICT Application Projects

Oversee project implementation and provide technical expertise as necessary.

Install, Configure, Upgrade, and Maintain Applications and Hardware
