THE PERMANENT SECRETARY TECHNICAL SERVICES under the Ministry of Agriculture paid a courtesy call on THE PERMANENT SECRETARY Provincial Administration Northern Province during his tour of Northern and Muchinga Provinces to monitor the distribution of Agriculture inputs and inspect the PQPS Laboratory.
The Provincial Administration – Northern Province is an extension of Central Government (Cabinet Office) at Provincial level and has a mandate to provide administrative secretariat and coordinate effective implementation of national programmes and policies in the Province.
